We Didn't See It Coming
Back then, Foodelicious was just something we did for fun. We were still in college, posting food content after classes, not really thinking about where it could lead. It was just about enjoying good food and sharing it.
But then, we received our first collaboration message. And honestly? Our first reaction was excitement mixed with fear. We had no idea how food collaborations work. What were we supposed to do? Would it go well? Were we even ready for this?
"We had no idea how food collaborations work. But we showed up anyway."
The First Collaboration Spot
Our first-ever collaboration was with Angan Sweets (Tripureswor Branch). We still remember walking in - a bit nervous, a bit excited, and not knowing what to expect.
But what made everything so much easier was the manager. He guided us so well throughout the process, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. That one thing changed everything for us.
What We Tried
And of course - the best part was the food. We got to try a variety of dishes: Raj Kachori, Mini Thali, Veg Cheese Momo, Pizza Dosa, Liquid Kalakand, and Chocolate Shakes.
We kept trying one dish after another, enjoying every moment, but also learning how to create content while doing it. It wasn't just eating anymore - it was experiencing, shooting, thinking, creating.

The Moment That Felt Special
At the end of our visit, we were given a gift hamper. It might seem like a small thing, but for us, it meant a lot. Because in that moment, it hit us - this wasn't just "posting food for fun" anymore.
We realized food blogging could actually be something more. It could be a career. It could be a side business. And honestly, if our first collaboration experience hadn't been this good, we might have never thought of taking this seriously.
Looking Back
Today, when we look back at that day, it feels like the starting point of everything. From being confused and nervous… to slowly understanding the industry… to now growing as creators. It all started there. And we're really glad it did.
Your first step doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be good enough to keep you going. For us, that one collaboration was enough to make us believe: maybe we can actually do something with this.
